Jessica, counsellor at Anchor Therapy

About me

Hi, I'm Jessica.

A qualified person-centred counsellor based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.

I'm a qualified person-centred counsellor, working relationally to support adults through anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, life challenges, and relationship difficulties. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can truly be yourself — seen, heard and accepted.

I trained at the University of Brighton and hold a Level 5 Person-Centred Counselling Foundation Degree. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Bexhill-on-Sea and online sessions via video call, making counselling accessible wherever you are.

I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of meaningful change. My approach is gentle, collaborative and led entirely by you — there is no agenda, no judgement, just a safe space to explore what matters most to you.

I have created a comforting, warm space with you in mind to help you feel grounded and safe.
